Ks4V was created in 1998 with five partners with an extensive and diversified professional experience: Fernand Keuleneer, Matthias Storme, Jos Vanneste, Myriam Van Varenbergh and Ilse Verhelst. The firm name is composed of the initials of their names. Early 2014 Matthias Storme decided to continue his practice at the Bar of Ghent, and Bernard Derveaux joined the team. Mark Herssens became a partner in november 2017.
The firm's expertise is enriched by foreign education (including in Germany, Italy and the US), foreign training, practice within firms structured in the Anglo-Saxon way and academic affiliations of its lawyers.
The firm addresses itself to domestic and foreign companies as well as to not-for-profit corporations and associations, offering a broad range of expertise. A multilingual capability is of the essence.
